  • Q What are your product lines?

    We have been engaged in the R&D and production of rugged products for 17 years within the industry, and we have over 600 workers till now, of which R&D employees are more than 50%. There are three self-developed product lines:


    1) Rugged Product Series:

    Rugged handheld (4’’/5’’/6’’), Rugged tablet (8’’/10’’/12.2’’/14’’),Rugged notebook (14’’/15.6’’).

  • Q ​Are you the original rugged device manufacturer?

    Yes, We are. Every product within its PCBA and plastic housing are entirely independent R&D by Emdoor Info company in Emdoor’s Alibaba shop,only our cost of the plastic mold(tooling) R&D fee is more than USD 1.6 million dollars, just for good quality rugged products. We have many agents & distributors in others Alibaba shops,we are the source of their rugged products some of what they sell.

  • Q How to use OTG function?
    Q Enable USB mode in settings, connect a USB drive or portable hard drive via OTG cable to access external storage files. Note: An external power supply is required when using portable hard drives. (Recommend testing device compatibility before purchasing)
  • Q Are there black shadows in the video or photo?
    Q

    Please check to see if the lens is dirty and clean it if necessary.

  • Q Is the machine shell hot?
    Q During charging or continuous use, the bottom of the machine may become slightly warm due to the large battery capacity of the Tablet PC. The operating current of the machine is higher, so the bottom of the shell being slightly hot is normal.
  • Q Can I use an external keyboard?
    Q The tablet can be used with an external keyboard. If the machine has a USB port, connect the keyboard directly to the port. If the machine does not have a USB port, use an OTG cable.
  • Q When loading files or operating the machine, it appears to freeze, touching the screen or pressing any key does not produce a response?

    If the machine is operating instably due to a crash, the user can press the reset button with a pin or other tool. If there is no reset button, the power button can be pressed and held for more than eight seconds to reset the operation. (Different models have different reset settings.)


  • Q How do I download and install Android applications?
    Q You can use a PC to connect to the internet and search for the application you need. Then, you can download and install it on your tablet. You can also download and install applications through the software market on your tablet.
  • Q I can't hear sound from the headset.
    Q

    Please make sure the volume is not set to 0 and that there is no problem with the headset or headphone connection.

  • Q Regarding the issue of consumers reporting that the battery quickly drops to 70% after charging and turning on the device.
    Q Theoretically, it takes 4-5 hours to fully charge with the original charger. After 4-5 hours, the software shows that it is fully charged, but it needs an additional 1-2 hours to fully charge. Therefore, after charging for 4-5 hours, the battery level drops to 70% when using high-current devices. This is a display issue, and you only need to charge it for an additional hour.
  • Q How do I delete a desktop icon?
    Q Press and hold the unwanted desktop icon for three seconds. The icon will then float up. You can then move the icon to the "Trash" icon at the top to delete the desktop icon.
  • Q How do you transfer data to a tablet computer? What should you do if there is no reaction when connecting to a computer?
    Q

    When the device is connected to the computer, the system will automatically install the tablet driver, and the computer will have an additional disk. This disk is the tablet's storage, and you can use it to transfer data. If your device is not recognized when connected to the computer, check the following:

    1. Whether the tablet's USB port is functioning properly.

    2. Whether the computer's USB port is functioning properly.

    3. Whether the tablet is properly loading the driver when connected to the computer.

    4. Whether the USB cable is functioning properly.

  • Q How can I connect my tablet to the internet via a wired network?
    Q To connect to the internet via a wired network, you need to purchase an RJ45-to-USB adapter. Then, you can connect to the internet via the router's network cable. However, if you use a broadband modem at home, you cannot connect to the internet. Our machine does not have an internal dial-up function, so you need an additional router. Set the PPPoE dial-up mode and automatically obtain an IP address.

  • Q How about your after sale?
    Q

    1 year warranty ensured from the date of delivery. Free repairing is available for functional problems of non-artificial damage, otherwise that will be charged. Once you have after-sales need,our FAE employees will provide remote technical support & send maintenance materials first, FAE employees can also be sent to the customer’s place to repair depending on the situation, or customer can directly send the damaged products back to Hongkong city where Emdoor has a maintenance center there , they will be repaired and send it out quickly.
